Instead of having to take time out of our buyers’ busy schedules to view a home, the aerial quadcopter and interior video tours we provide will give the buyer the most accurate depiction of a property’s surroundings, as well as its interior. Similarly, the benefit to the seller is that they will not have to rearrange their schedule to accommodate frequent viewings of their home. They will also not be held to the time consuming obligation of keeping their home in prime “showing condition” for a buyer who may not like the layout of a property because it previously could not be appropriately conveyed via photos. At Aprilian Homes we are always trying to incorporate new technology into our marketing plans in order to more effectively and efficiently close sales.”
